These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Indexa. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

–By accessing or using Indexa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
–If you are using Indexa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
–We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification.

–Indexa provides an AI-powered content generation and publishing platform.
–We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
–We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

–You may not use Indexa to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.
–You may not use the platform to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
–You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs.
–You may not use the platform to generate hate speech, illegal content, or content that violates OpenAI's usage policies.
–Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

–You retain ownership of all content you create using Indexa.
–By using the platform, you grant Indexa a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
–We do not claim any intellectual property rights over content you generate.
–You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies where you publish.

–Indexa is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $99/month.
–Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
–You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.
–We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
–Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

–Indexa is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
–We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
–Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
–We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of AI-generated content.

–You may terminate your account at any time via account settings.
–We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms with or without notice.
–Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
