These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Indexa. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
- –By accessing or using Indexa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- –If you are using Indexa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
- –We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification.
2. The service
- –Indexa provides an AI-powered content generation and publishing platform.
- –We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
- –We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. Account responsibilities
- –You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- –You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- –You must not share your account with others outside your organization.
- –You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable use
- –You may not use Indexa to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.
- –You may not use the platform to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- –You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs.
- –You may not use the platform to generate hate speech, illegal content, or content that violates OpenAI's usage policies.
- –Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Content ownership
- –You retain ownership of all content you create using Indexa.
- –By using the platform, you grant Indexa a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
- –We do not claim any intellectual property rights over content you generate.
- –You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies where you publish.
6. Subscriptions and billing
- –Indexa is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are listed at indexa.so/pricing.
- –Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
- –You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period · no partial refunds.
- –We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
- –Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
7. Limitation of liability
- –Indexa is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
- –We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- –Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- –We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of AI-generated content.
8. Termination
- –You may terminate your account at any time via account settings.
- –We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms with or without notice.
- –Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Governing law
- –These terms are governed by the laws of France.
- –Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marseille, France.
