Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account settings. No lock-in contracts.
What counts as an article?
Any article generated by the AI counts toward your monthly limit. Edits, rewrites, and drafts saved without generation do not count.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
Generation pauses until your next billing cycle or you upgrade. We don't auto-charge overages.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes are prorated.
Do you support teams and agencies?
Indexa is currently a single-operator product: one account manages its own websites, and multi-user seats are not available yet. Agency covers up to 10 websites with a cross-site portfolio dashboard and CSV export. Shared team seats, client-facing approval links and white-label reporting are on the roadmap, not shipped.
Which CMS platforms do you support?
WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost, Strapi, Wix, and any custom endpoint via webhook. Framer and Squarespace support article export today, with native publishing in progress — see the integrations page for verified status per platform.
